Corbans Estate Workshops at InterACT 2017!

This year we are offering four educational workshops in which students will engage with artists, learn new techniques and leave with a personal artwork.
WORKSHOPS
Wednesday 25 October
WILD THINGS !
Tutors: Ruth Woodbury and Eilis Galuszewski
Duration: 1 hour
Time: 10.30am to 11.30am OR 12.30pm to 1.30pm
A fantastical headwear workshop where students will construct a headpiece with horns, hair, a crown, anything you can imagine – all made from corrugated cardboard and paper – perfect for parading in!
Maximum number of students per session: 25

Thursday 26 October
TREE OF LIFE
Tutors: Ruth Woodbury and Eilis Galuszewski
Duration: 1 hour
Time: 10.30am to 11.30am OR 12.30pm to 1.30pm
A mixed-media workshop where participants will create a Klimt-inspired picture using paint, metallic paper and leaf rubbings.

Friday 27 October
JUNK CRAFT
Tutors: Artist Andrew Hall and Educator Ruth Woodbury
Duration: 1 hour
Time: 10.30am to 11.30am OR 12.30pm to 1.30pm
Join Andrew Hall in a workshop where anything is possible.
Create junk-bots, creatures and out- of- this- world assemblages from saved materials.

Friday 27 October
PACIFICA Experience
Tutors: The Mamas
Duration: 1 hour
Time: 10.30am to 11.30am OR 12.30pm to 1.30pm
Let the Pacifica Mamas take you on a journey to the islands through drumming, dance and creative storytelling.
