Film Making

 Tutor: Hank Snell

Hi, I’m Hank and I am a community filmmaker who has collaborated with Interacting Theatre for almost 10 years. I have also worked with a number of other schools and organisations in Auckland to produce over 100 short films. Currently, I also work as an arts tutor and community support worker in west Auckland. In the past, I have worked as a film editor for a number of media companies and broadcasters in Auckland and abroad. I enjoy community filmmaking because of the unpredictable nature of the work and the very different stories we can tell. And I am constantly surprised by the results!

Fun Fact: I am from Canada and I’m a big ice hockey fan!
